Show ring success
At Erricoon Maine Coons in Belfast, we regularly present our cats at GCCF shows across the UK and Northern Ireland. Competing in the show ring holds us directly accountable to the standard of points, ensuring every cat in our breeding programme is thoroughly evaluated by qualified judges for true-to-type conformation, robust health, and sound temperament.
Judged to the standard of points
Every rosette and title earned reflects our dedication to preserving the traditional Maine Coon standard. From substantial bone structure and strong square muzzles to exceptional ear set and dense, flowing coats, qualified GCCF judges rigorously assess our cats against official breed criteria.
Official judge reports and critiques
Official show reports provide transparent, unbiased feedback on our pedigree lines. We value the judges' written assessments and detailed comments, using these critical evaluations to continually refine our breeding goals and uphold the highest possible standard for our cattery.
What our show records mean for your kitten
Even if you are seeking a cherished family companion rather than a show champion, our ring record guarantees peace of mind. By only breeding cats that meet strict GCCF scrutiny, we ensure your kitten comes from healthy, structurally sound, and gentle-tempered parentage.
